Usage

Good to know

Natural ANISE OIL crystallizes in the cold. If this happens, place it in warm water and it will return to its original appearance.

For hunting

Bear hunting - Before the season, this ANISE OIL, impregnated on our BLACK TRAIL pads, is used to create a preparatory scent line to stimulate bait traffic. In season, use when you are hunting. 

Place the BLACK TRAIL pad soaked in ANISE OIL inside your shooting zone. In 90% of cases, the bear will head towards your scent stations before moving towards your bait.

It is preferable to protect the pad from bad weather. Soak the pad well with the ANISE OIL, hang it in a bottomless or perforated container, near the bait. 

Hang it as high as possible in the tree so that the scent can spread as far as possible, because the bear will tend to want to leave with the BLACK TRAIL scent pad.

Moose hunting – Before the season, this ANISE OIL, impregnated on our BLACK TRAIL pads, is used to create a preparatory scent line to stimulate traffic at the salt flats and mudflats. In season, use when you are hunting. Do not mix with salt.

Place the BLACK TRAIL pad soaked in ANISE OIL inside your shooting area.

It is best to protect the pad from the elements. Soak the pad well with the lure, hang it in a bottomless or perforated container, near your salt marshes and mud flats. 

For trapping and depredation

Bear - LURES Hudon has designed two sizes of BLACK TRAIL round pads: one 3 inches and the other 5 inches, suitable for all types of bear traps. Soak the pad of your choice in ANISE OIL then place it on your trigger with the bait of your choice.

Chasse à l'orignal – Avant la saison, cette HUILE D'ANIS, imprégnée sur nos tampons BLACK TRAIL, sert à créer une ligne d'odeur préparatoire pour stimuler l'achalandage aux salines et vasières. En saison, à utiliser lors de votre présence à la chasse. Ne pas mélanger au sel.

Positionner le tampon BLACK TRAIL imbibé d'HUILE D'ANIS à l'intérieur de votre zone de tir.

Il est préférable de protéger le tampon des intempéries. Bien imbiber le tampon avec le leurre, l'accrocher dans un contenant sans fond ou troué, près de vos salines et vasières.
